We recognize the importance of using state-of-the-art tools to best serve our clients, and continuously research new technologies to ensure that we have the most efficient and advanced operations platform.
AdvantEdge®, from Accelerated Data Systems, is a flexible and scalable collections software application that provides Vision with a comprehensive information framework that includes extensive data management and development tools, a powerful extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tool, business intelligence and analysis services.
All customer accounts are maintained within the Vision infrastructure, where we utilize a Microsoft-based SQL database. All patient responses, payments, correspondence, inquiry calls, and more will be directed back to Vision for follow-up.
YourPay Connect is a simplified solution for adding e-commerce payment functionality to the Vision website. It gives patients the ability to make fast and easy web payments complete with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security and fraud protection measures.
Through the payment card industry, Vision has achieved PCI Data Security Standard certification. This ensures that we adhere to a standard of requirements that govern the safekeeping of cardholder information throughout the entire transaction process.
EFT Network's electronic check conversion technology allows for quicker processing times, less crossover of mail, and faster cash-flow. It also enables Vision to cut operating expenses, minimize the risk of fraud, and increase patient satisfaction. This payment processing technology affords us the advantages of electronic payments by converting paper checks received by mail into electronic payments.
The OPEX AS3600i is a high-speed, color scanner which allows Vision to quickly and easily handle a wide variety of mail. In one pass, the AS3600i can open, extract, identify, prep, scan, orient, read, sort and create an audit trail and an output file. This gives Vision the ability to scan different types of mail including checks, remittance advice, envelopes, correspondence, lists, claims, COA, return mail, priority mail and other exception mail. An image of all patient correspondence can be sent to our clients, if requested.
The Cisco 5500 Security Appliances are a key component of Vision's self-defending network architecture. Vision can support the diverse requirements needed to deploy and support remote application access. By using Cisco's VPN solutions, Vision employees and business partners can easily and securely connect to our corporate network. Vision utilizes Symbiont Certified Network Terminals, which are often called "diskless thin clients," that connect to our network. Unlike traditional thin clients, diskless thin clients have no internal storage, applications, or embedded software that can become corrupted or require maintenance. Updating these systems saves us time, improves our efficiency and adds an additional layer of safety and access control.
By using its predictive dialer, Vision is capable of leaving thousands of messages on answering machines or with live contacts. The dialer also lets callers use their touch-tone telephone to find the information they need, make payments, or transfer to a live agent. Inbound calls can be routed directly to the agent responsible for that account or the agent most skilled at meeting the particular needs of that caller (i.e.: Spanish-speaking, higher balance, or legal status) thereby increasing efficiency and caller satisfaction.
Through the ESI-600 phone system, Vision has implemented a platform that can support both digital telephony and IP-to-the-desktop, in any desired combination, while delivering massive expandability and the greatest functionality ESI has ever offered. Its ease of use and friendly features reduce staff frustrations, increases our productivity, and provides call processing efficiency.
Vision uses a wide variety of tools and methods to obtain debtor information. Our state-of-the art methods allow us to provide successful skip tracing and asset location information such as: current address, previous addresses, phone numbers, driver license information, state professional licenses, deceased records, bankruptcy petitions, judgments, motor vehicle registrations, real estate and property assets, and will also allow us to find information on neighbors, relatives and roommates.
